In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. It is also provides digital services such as Mobile Recharge, DTH Recharge, and BBPS Bill Payments. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.


In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.


Since all services provided are instant digital transactions, cancellation is not possible once the transaction is initiated or processed.


Customers facing any transaction dispute or issue must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.


Any request received after the specified time may not be eligible for review.



Refund Policy


We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.


In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.


If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.


All successful transactions are final and non-refundable.


If any transaction fails and the amount is debited from the customer’s account, the refund will be automatically processed to the original source account within 5–7 working days.


Refund requests (if applicable) will be processed only after proper verification from the respective service provider.


If the recharge or bill payment is successfully completed at the operator / biller end, no refund request will be entertained.


Customers must verify mobile number, DTH ID, bill details, and amount before making payment, as wrong transactions cannot be reversed.


In case refund is approved, the amount will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
